The hotel is well decorated and pet-friendly with unique decor. The staff was outstandingly accommodating. It is in a quiet location in Salida, near several good restaurants. There is a restaurant serving craft beer and gourmet hamburgers nearby.

The location was peaceful, just next door to the art district, Riverwalk, and downtown. I had a warm welcome from the very amiable and attentive staff.

Front desk was insulting to me upon check in. We had a five pound dog with support papers. They tried to bully us around. I offered to leave but they wanted our money.

I liked the rate and the appearance on the website.
Hot tub was half full and dirty. When I asked about it was told to take it up with the owner who denied anything being wrong with it. There were dogs barking at 5 am and the place smelled like candle covered smoke. Breakfast was fake flour garbage and green bananas. Beds were like sleeping on springs and pillows were lumpy.Truth.
